Dubai Sports City is a residential and sporting district off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with mid-rise apartment buildings plus villa and townhouse neighbourhoods such as Victory Heights. Short-stay supply is mainly studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
