Dubai Hills Estate is the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, a master-planned community of apartments, townhouses and villas set around an 18-hole golf course. It is one of the better areas in Dubai for villa and townhouse stays, alongside apartments close to the mall.

Guests spend time at Dubai Hills Park, the golf club and Dubai Hills Mall, which has hundreds of shops and an indoor roller coaster. There is no beach and a car is useful, but Downtown is about 20 minutes away, so it suits families and groups who want space and greenery.

Is there a beach nearby?

Not in the community. The closest public beaches are on the Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim coast, so plan on a car or taxi.

Is Dubai Hills Estate on the metro?

No. Neither the Blue Line (2029) nor the planned Gold Line (2032) will stop there; the DH1 bus connects the community with Equiti metro station.
