What we collect

When you send an enquiry, a viewing request or a brief, we receive what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, and details of the home you are looking for, such as your budget, the areas you like and how you plan to pay.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we share it with a seller, developer or bank only to progress a purchase you have asked us to help with.

• To reply to you and arrange viewings
• To find and send you homes that match your brief
• To see a purchase through with the seller or developer, the registration trustee and, if you ask us to, a bank

Where it is kept

An enquiry sent through this website is saved in our own database, hosted for us by Supabase on servers in Mumbai, India, and only our advisers can read it. If you choose WhatsApp or email instead, your message is handled by that service too.

Your shortlist

Homes you save are stored in your own browser, on your device. They are not sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are helping you, and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep records of property transactions.
