Arjan is a newer residential district in Al Barsha South, near the junction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Street. Short-stay homes are almost all apartments, from studios to two-bedroom units, in modern low- and mid-rise buildings, most with pools and gyms.

Dubai Miracle Garden and the Dubai Butterfly Garden are on its doorstep, and JBR is about 20 minutes away by car. It suits families, longer-stay guests and visitors who want newer buildings at moderate prices.
